We were approached by a family to refurbish a large detached property in need of modernisation. Keen to stamp their own mark on the property, we have completed a feasibility for the owners with detailed input from local structural engineers to ensure the proposals put forward to the clients were as detailed and realistic as possible at feasibility stage to ensure expectations of the project as it progresses could be met.
