Ashburnham Twins

Ashburnham Twins is a project on two midā€terrace Victorian houses in Greenwich. Sited in the Ashburnham Triangle Conservation Area and controlled by a further Article 4 Direction, this was a unique project in Greenwich whereby two neighbours submitted mirrored planning applications for the creation of side return extensions. Doing the work in parallel with one another to create a uniform external scheme that maximised space by sharing a new party wall. The two full side return extensions were the first to be approved by the Royal Borough of Greenwich along this row of terrace houses.
