Park Vista

Park Vista is a Grade 2 listed, mid‐terrace Georgian house within both the Greenwich Park Conservation Area and the UNESCO Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site, fronting Greenwich Park.
Park Vista required essential repair and maintenance, with a Listed Building Application being submitted for a new roof light, new roof covering, exterior repointing, internal damp repair work, new electrics, new plumbing and the reinstatement of period features such as the fire places in key rooms.
