We have worked on numerous successful planning applications within local Conservation Areas, an SSSI site and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Maritime Greenwich, and have a good rapport with planning officers. Whilst we specialise in residential architecture, we have a wide background in new build and refurbishment work of residential, recreation and healthcare architecture. Bringing a wealth of experience to your project whatever the scale. Our approach to each project is unique and flexible depending on a project’s needs, scale and budget.
Hayley Hammond Architects is a small Midlands based Architects studio, working on a variety of projects in the Midlands, London and across the UK. Hayley currently lives in Leicestershire, having relocated from Greenwich in London, with her husband and two young children. She is a chartered member of the RIBA, is ARB registered and is on the RIBA Conservation Register as a Conservation Registrant, demonstrating our Studio’s awareness of the issues surrounding working with historic buildings.
Educated at the Birmingham School of Architecture and Westminster University, Hayley won the Student of the Year award from Glenn Howells Architects for her degree work in Birmingham, and went on to study for RIBA Part 2 and 3 at Westminster University, before qualifying at Hopkins Architects in London.
Having previously gained experience at Glenn Howells Architects in Birmingham, A‐Em Architects in London, Hopkins Architects in London and most recently Edward Williams Architects in London, Hayley established Hayley Hammond Architects to pursue her own interests in architecture. Previous projects of note include Burton Place, Manchester for Urban Splash (Glenn Howells Architects), a refurbishment of the Mound Stand at Lord’s Cricket Ground (Hopkins Architects), The Long House, Norfolk for Living Architecture (Hopkins Architects) and The MacMillan Cancer Centre for ULCH (Hopkins Architects).
We offer a bespoke architectural and interiors service ranging from concept design for building projects and internal refurbishments, to securing planning permission and start‐to‐finish project management.
