The 20 year old Spinney House required internal modernisation and reconfiguration work. The original back rooms of the Spinney House were small and separate with a maze of doors connecting a separate dining room, kitchen, utility room and further WC with no internal access to the garage.

Spinney House opened up the back rooms of the house to create a large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a new large bay window area and new infill extension linking a larger utility room with the garage creating much needed open plan living and internal garage access.
